AirProtekt have successfully completed another environmental catalyst installation – replacing new oxidation catalyst on a catalytic oxidiser treating emissions from a formaldehyde manufacturing plant in Europe. The catalyst installed included additional volume & depth to improve the overall efficiency for total VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) & CO (Carbon Monoxide) destruction therefore ensuring the process complies with all present & future environmental legislation.

The catalyst was manufactured and delivered on time and our engineer installed the catalyst exactly to the scheduled asked for by the customer, therefore ensuring their production restarted precisely on time.

Once again our customer was impressed with our professionalism both on site and with the management of the project. We offered all the correct paperwork in quality control, mechanical drawings, method statement & risk assessments etc. We supplied all the correct ancillary materials and required tools to make the job go smoothly and without delays.
